What I would like to learn while Clerking at Mdivani:
"Mdivani has a long history of success in Business Immigration representing U.S. employers and providing pro bono representation to immigrant survivors of domestic violence and other violent crimes. Alongside the experienced business immigration lawyers at Mdivani, I am thrilled with the opportunity to learn the intricacies of the business and pro bono immigration practice. I am excited to learn how the attorneys at Mdivani assist employers with onboarding and retaining international personnel – whether that be through H-1B or TN visas, PERMs, and other complex immigration processes. Further, Mdivani is well respected for their client service, reliability and consistency – characteristics valuable in any area of law. Regardless of where the legal profession takes me, I look forward to utilizing the valuable training offered by Mdivani Corporate Immigration Law Firm."
