About Mira Mdivani
Mira Mdivani practices corporate immigration law with the Mdivani Corporate Immigration Law Firm. Ms. Mdivani serves as immigration law counsel to U.S. and multi-national corporations, providing strategic advice, representation, corporate immigration compliance audits and training. Ms. Mdivani represents employers in healthcare, IT, engineering, food processing, manufacturing, insurance and banking industries, working closely with in-house counsel and HR professionals to ensure corporate immigration compliance and availability of visas for international personnel. Ms. Mdivani teaches corporate immigration law as an adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, H-1B and employer-driven green card courses for Corporate Immigration Compliance Institute.
